The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with anything we needed during our new year's stay. the room was clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient area.
There was not enough provision for late arrivals. With our travel schedule, it would have been helpful if there were more options for us.

Some of the dishes were overcooked and lacked flavor. the Wi-Fi was spotty at best and was only accessible in the common areas, making it difficult to stay connected in our room.
